Prayer to accept Y'shua (Jesus) as your savior. If you have reached a point in your life where you truly desire to yield yourself to God through Jesus -- our intercessor -- then pray the simple prayer which follows or click below and pray along with a prayer invitation that was offered at one of our annual Marty Goetz concerts. Keep in mind that while this prayer is spoken with your lips, it must come from your heart. Yielding yourself to God is not a light thing, or a defeat, or a bitter pill to swallow; it is the heart felt desire to be restored to Him as our Creator, Father, Friend and Counselor. He has loved us so much that He has sacrificed Himself that we might all be restored to Him -- He has paid the price in full for our redemption. All we need to do is accept the offer because we cannot earn it or buy it in any way. But once we have accepted His free offer it WILL cost us everything! It is a commitment of heart, mind, and strength from which there is no turning back. But God, our Father, stands waiting like the father of the prodigal son, with arms outstretched, to take us back, embrace us, and pour out His blessings upon us. Yield yourself and your will to God; enter into His kingdom. prayer Father God, I know that you know my heart since you see into the innermost depths of the hearts of every person you have created, and I know that you see in me the heart of one who sincerely wants to yield himself/herself to you now. Father, I give up my right to myself. I desire to know your plan, your will for my life. And Father I know that the only possible way I can ask this is by accepting the payment for all my sins that has been paid by the shedding of the blood of your Son, Jesus Christ, my Savior and Lord, Who has made full atonement for me. Clothe me in His righteousness and create a new heart within me; create the heart of your only Son so that His nature lives within me. I invite your Holy Spirit to write your Torah, your instruction, on my heart that Your ways will dwell within me. Thank You Father. Now incline my heart that I may obey your commandments, open my ears that I may hear your voice, and open my eyes that I may see the path that You have laid before me. May I dwell in Your courts forever. Amen |
